Entry requirements

If you have not studied your school subjects in English, you will likely need to complete approximately 20 weeks of English preparation prior commencing your school program.

To enter most of our programs, you must show you have passed all core subjects in your previous 2 years of schooling. There is no English language proficiency or testing requirements.

Application and start dates

Contact your preferred provider for more information about start dates. It is important to allow sufficient time for your application and student visa to be processed prior to arriving in Queensland.

You can start your school course at the beginning of any school term—January, April, July and October.
