Principal's welcome

​​​​Welcome to Merrimac State School. Our school is renowned on the Gold Coast for its outstanding natural setting, with an array of wildlife and bushland. We welcome families from our local area and indeed across the world. Merrimac children work together as a safe, respectful community of learners.

At Merrimac State School, we are located on the beautiful Gold Coast with abundant wildlife in our very natural environment. Our school is located between the Gold Coast Hinterland and the beach with the dual benefit of a country feeling in a city location.
