Our staff are experts in teaching the skills that will help you to reach your potential and develop the academic resilience to be successful in life beyond school. In addition to classroom instruction, our Intensive English Centre, homework club/tutorials and after-school supervision programs will support your development in academic English speaking, writing and reading.

Aspley High is proud to be a school of choice for our local community.

We are 13 kilometres north of the Brisbane central business district, on the banks of the serene Cabbage Tree Creek and close to reliable public transport and roads.

We focus on strengthening you as a learner so you are ready for success at university. Our academic mentoring, after school tutorial program and in-class learning support will help you achieve the best you can.

You will benefit from our many extra activities including arts (vocal group, dance performance teams, open mic and music), outdoor education (camps and outdoor challenges) and sport (soccer, futsal and recreational sport).

We have excellent staff to support you in developing your academic reading, writing and speaking skills.

Homestay and accommodation

By living with an Australian host family international students become part of the local community and have a fantastic opportunity to practise their English in a safe and caring home environment.

Students have their own bedroom with study facilities, three meals a day, and access to transport to and from school, and to school activities.
