Located in the heart of the Northern Gold Coast, our college is ideally positioned halfway between Brisbane and the Gold Coast's famous beaches. With excellent public transport links and world-class theme parks nearby, students enjoy both the excitement of Australia’s lifestyle and the security of a welcoming community.

Upper Coomera State College is a co-educational Prep to Year 12 school with a strong reputation for academic excellence. Our motto, 'Learning Pathways to the Future', reflects our commitment to providing high-quality education and preparing every student—including our international students—for success at university and beyond.

We offer a broad and challenging curriculum with specialist programs in STEM, the arts, and sporting excellence. Welcome to Upper Coomera State College. We encourage a high-performing academic culture that nurtures all students from Prep to Year 12.

Located on the northern end of the Gold Coast, we are close to the theme parks and beaches for weekend recreation—Brisbane is easily accessed as well.

Our school is very modern, with state-of-the-art facilities. Study at a large campus with beautiful gardens and green space, with caring and supportive teachers to guide your learning.

Homestay and accommodation

By living with an Australian host family international students become part of the local community and have a fantastic opportunity to practise their English in a safe and caring home environment.

Students have their own bedroom with study facilities, three meals a day, and access to transport to and from school, and to school activities.
