Welcome to Robina State High School! I feel very lucky to be principal of this lovely school. We have 1400 students. They are very kind and welcome new friends from other countries. We love to study new languages, play sports like baseball, golf and football and learn about the beach and water sports. We also love to study hard and get good results to help us go to University and reach our goals.
We have the Gold Coast’s largest shopping mall and train station opposite our school. The beach is only 10 minutes away and we are also very close to famous theme parks. We have special staff who work to make your stay a very special one. You are welcome to join the Robina High family
At Robina State High School, we value the ideals of an international education in a warm, family environment. Our international programs foster cultural understanding and personal development for our visitors and for our school community.
We have a diverse curriculum including over 40 senior subjects and courses. We are able to provide a personalised timetable that supports individual needs and interests. Students can study academic subjects to support University entrance as well as enjoy unique courses such as Marine Studies, Beach awareness and Fitness programs. Robina High uses innovative timetabling so that Friday is a flexible lesson-free day for senior students. Our host families are friendly and supportive, and our teachers are experienced in supporting international students.
We are proud to share our curriculum and our school community with international students and guests.
Homestay* enables EQI students to truly experience Australia's famous lifestyle.
By living with an Australian host family international students become part of the local community and have a fantastic opportunity to practise their English in a safe and caring home environment. International students often develop lasting friendships with their homestay families.
Standard Homestay fees have been set and these are listed on the EQI program fees page.

There's an EQI adventure to suit every taste - from visiting city landmarks and riding camels on an unforgettable Australian 'outback' adventure, to exploring ancient rainforests and swimming with turtles off Queensland's pristine white sand beaches.
All EQI Holiday Adventures are fully guided and escorted by qualified Queensland Government teachers and staff to ensure student safety. These programs are open to international students enrolled in an EQI high school, and additional fees apply. To find out more visit the holiday programs page
