  1. ​Kenmore State High School (SHS) has very strong academic results. In 2015, 91% of the Year 12 cohort was eligible to receive an Overall Position (OP). Of those students, 21% received an OP1–5; 51% received an OP1–10; and 77% received an OP1–15. In 2015, international students received tertiary places in dentistry, engineering, commerce, business and architecture.

Kenmore State High School is a globally minded learning community, committed to helping students reach their full potential. We are located on a large campus surrounded by beautiful gardens and close to public transport.

Our school enjoys an excellent reputation with outstanding student results across academic, cultural and sporting areas.

Homestay and accommodation

By living with an Australian host family international students become part of the local community and have a fantastic opportunity to practise their English in a safe and caring home environment.

Students have their own bedroom with study facilities, three meals a day, and access to transport to and from school, and to school activities.

Holiday adventure programs are an exciting and safe way for students to travel and sightsee during school holidays.
