Principal's welcome

Holland Park State High School is a quality, boutique school located less than 15 minutes drive from Brisbane city centre and 50 minutes from the Gold Coast. Holland Park SHS sits within beautiful tree-lined grounds and offers a truly unique learning environment.

We are passionate about the education we deliver, now and in the future. Our committed and supportive staff contribute to a learning culture that focuses on identifying each student’s talents to provide him or her with opportunities to develop to their highest level. This individualised and differentiated learning is 1 of the benefits of being part of a small student population of 680 students.

We encourage every student to participate in all areas of the school to ensure they have a well-rounded, holistic education. Students are able to excel in our high performance areas of sport, music, art and languages (Japanese and German), Triple E classes and leadership.

Our long-running and very popular after-school Homework club, staffed by teachers, helps students to develop good homework and study habits.

Thank you for your interest in our school. Our dedicated international team will support and guide you through your journey at Holland Park. We are a great school and look forward to sharing your experience as part of the Holland Park family.
