Principal's welcome

My name is Beth Petersen and I am very proud to be the principal of Durack State School. When you send your child to my school, I make it my priority to provide them with the best education that our system can offer. I take personal responsibility for the care and wellbeing of every student. I will oversee their program of learning while monitoring their progress throughout their schooling at our school.

When your child becomes part of the Durack Dragon family you can be assured that they will be surrounded by a caring and supportive staff. It is both our school mission and my personal promise to encourage our students to reach their potential within a safe nurturing environment built on respect.

I look forward to welcoming you and your child to Durack State School.
