Redlynch State College is a modern school in a majestic setting in the Redlynch Valley with beautiful rainforest and mountain views. We have a proud history of academic success, sporting prowess, community support and parent involvement. The school was first opened on the original school site in 1932.
Our school aims to ensure that every student from Prep to Year 12 experience a curriculum that focuses on their future and prepares them to succeed in their field of choice. The school improvement agenda centres strongly on quality teaching practices and is well supported by researched based initiatives. The college has over many years embedded a very supportive and friendly school environment with clear student expectations on academic, social and cultural outcomes. We are committed to establishing and resourcing key roles to support the implementation of our international programs, as we see this as an exciting innovation to the school and know it will benefit many of our students in understanding different cultures.
The college's vision 'Learning in our Valley, Thinking beyond the Hills' is supported by the school-wide pedagogy of Relationships, Success, Connections, Equity and Quality.
