Recognition of Queensland school reports

When a student from overseas finishes their studies in Queensland, before they go home, they can ask that their school reports be validated by us. To find out more, read the recognition of Queensland school reports fact sheet.

This service only applies to documents issued by Queensland State schools. Please contact us via EQInternational@qed.qld.gov.au or by phone 1800 316 540 to make an appointment.

Client service standards

We aim to always deliver quality services to stakeholders of our International Student Programs.

Our client service standards describe the level of service we plan to provide. This includes providing prompt, accurate and relevant responses to all enquiries, conducting business in an honest and professional way, and treating clients with dignity and respect. We will also tell clients about decisions that may affect them and offer information to assist them in understanding policies and procedures.
