We provide advice and support to help you succeed in your studies and enjoy all the benefits Queensland has to offer.
Choosing your program
Our professional staff and agents will work with you to understand the subjects that most interest you and which schools are best suited to you. We can also answer questions about different areas of Queensland, to make sure your Queensland experience is everything you want it to be!
Planning your trip
Before you leave home we will give you pre-arrival information about your school, Queensland and what to expect. You can also download Your Passport to Queensland, our mobile app with lots of fun facts and safety tips.
Arrival and accommodation
When you first arrive in Queensland, your host school will arrange for someone to meet you at the airport. This is a free service for international students arriving in Queensland for the first time.
You have several accommodation options depending on your age and level of schooling. One of these options is Homestay, which means living with a local Queensland family.
This is a great way to experience family life in a safe and caring environment.
In-school support
You have access to a support team while you are at school, including:
- International Student Coordinator: provides academic and pastoral guidance
- Homestay Coordinator: organises placement with your host family and ensures you have an enjoyable homestay experience
- Guidance Officer: provides counselling and advice on academic pathways, career options and personal wellbeing.
