Leadership building program

​​​​​​Program Outline  

A Leadership Building Program is a proven leadership training program for educational leaders or aspiring school leaders.  

This is a two-week intensive training program designed to build leadership capacity for education and training professionals, as well as those from a commercial background. The program adopts a holistic approach to address leadership in the contexts of psychological, personal, school based management, structural, and sustainability aspects.  

The program can be customised to focus on particular needs of leadership capacity building. Some of the popular topics under this program include:

  • Leadership communication 

  • Educational leadership 

  • Change management 

  • Women in leadership 

  • Creating high performing teams 

  • Performance management 

  • Strategic planning  

A number of activity components are included in the program, such as workshops, reflective discussions, needs assessment and strategy building, one-on-one mentoring, school visit, and/or work shadowing, and/or ongoing coaching support via e-learning technology and teleconference.
