Client service standards

​​​​​​​​​Education Queensland International aims to consistently deliver quality services to stakeholders of our international student programs delivered in Queensland state schools.

The EQI Client service standards describe the level of service we aim to deliver. EQI is results orientated and provides prompt, accurate and relevant responses to all enquiries. All business is conducted in an honest and professional manner and EQI clients are treated with dignity and respect. EQI will inform clients about decisions that may affect them and offer information to assist them in understanding policies and procedures.​
