EQI incident management procedure

The Department of Education International (DEi) has a clear process for managing incidents involving students taking part in DEi programs. This process is specific to incidents that occur outside school hours and where the activity is not organised by the school.

Our policy statement regarding support services for overseas students on a student 500 (schools) visa is outlined in the International Student Programs policy.

This procedure supports 1800 QSTUDY (+61 1800 778 839), a student hotline for all international students across Queensland.
