I love the Ipswich State High School dance program. I get to work with my friends, improve my skills and go to students together. The dance teachers, they inspire us and help us in more ways than just dance.

Sport is a big part of our culture, with opportunities for all abilities, building teamwork, resilience and school pride. But students have an opportunity to be competitive on and off the field, learning to support one another, celebrate team successes and grow through challenges. 

I like Ipswich Day High School because it gives me the opportunity to play rugby league, you know, the sport I love, and just being around the boys, and it's cool winning games, being alongside people you like.

Our student representative council gives every student the chance to express themselves and support the development of every student's talent at Ipswich State High School.
