Welcome to Term 3: e-News for EQI agents

Message from the Director

Thank you all for contributing to a very productive and positive Term 2.

In May, we received fantastic feedback from everyone involved in the familiarisation visits to Cairns, the Sunshine Coast and Gold Coast, and we also added some great new schools to the EQI network. Towards the end of June, we were delighted to learn EQI will host the Tokyo Metropolitan Board of Education’s ‘Next-Generation Leaders (Ji-Sedai) Scholarship’ in 2020.

There are exciting times ahead: preparations are well underway to welcome the Amway Study Tour, the largest single group EQI has ever managed, comprised of over 400 students hosted by 20 Queensland Government schools. We’re also getting closer to launching “Your Passport to Queensland’, our fun and innovative app that will revolutionise the way pre-departure orientation and safety information is delivered to international students. We’ll bring you more news about the launch soon.

As always, we have some great student success stories to share with you and you can find lots more of these on EQI’s social media pages. I know many of you are already using the @eqiaustralia tag and we love seeing your posts.

If you have any comments about the stories here, or our marketing and communications tools and information, please let us know.

Thank you and kind regards

Jack Stathis

Director, International Business, Marketing and Recruitment
